Audiolog
is a complete, open architecture multimedia system for
recording, archiving, and playing back multimedia
conversations. Audiolog integrates seamlessly into contact
centers and public safety environments, either as a
standalone recorder/playback unit, or as a dedicated server
in an established network. Audiolog records customer
interactions on PBX, ACD, and CTI systems, using advanced
technology developed by Mercom's in-house engineering to
ensure compatibility and ease-of-use.
Audiolog's common platform architecture, a unique Mercom
Difference, is capable of simultaneously supporting
full-time, record-on-demand, event driven, and scheduled
recording. Audiolog also supports and hosts Mercom
Interaction Quality software on the same server, for
browser-based call evaluation and reporting. Through the
efficient use of hardware, Audiolog minimizes points of
failure and reduces your acquisition and maintenance costs.
