they were in the office via their PCs. Fully integrated with the Axxess platform,

Call Distribution (ACD), Unified Call Distribution (UCD), visual navigation
of voice mail and complete support for Computer Telephony (CT) applications.
Call center agents working off-site can be a part of hunt groups or call routing

Thus, not only does the IP SoftPhone help keep employees connected to your

IP
SLA (IP Single Line Adapter)
Inter-Tel also offers the IP Single Line Adapt (IP SLA), which can be used
to add analog endpoints in remote locations (e.g., fax machine) or it can
connect to analog trunk ports on third-party phone systems. Also, the IP SLA
provides access to most of your converged system's features.
